Spruce Street Place Lands First Tenant in PURE Nail Spa

DENVER - PURE Nail Spa has signed a long-term lease at Spruce Street Place, the new two-story, 21,268 square foot mixed-use development located at the corner of 1st Avenue and Spruce Street in the heart of Lowry.

PURE Nail Spa has leased more than 2,000 square feet of space on the first floor. A full-service nail salon, PURE will be the first of its kind to service the growing Lowry community and plans to open its doors in early 2009.

“We are ecstatic to be the first tenant in Spruce Street Place and we look forward to providing Lowry and the surrounding communities with the absolute best in nail care services,” said PURE Nail Spa owner and operator Olivia Kim.

Spruce Street Place is a two-story office and retail property developed by Stanisz Development, a local development firm founded by Francis Stanisz. The project features 11,255 square feet of retail space on the first floor and 10,013 square feet of medical or professional office space on the second floor. In addition, a 4,000 to 8,000 square foot free-standing building is due to break ground in late 2009. The building is ideal for a bank or restaurant user.

“The first floor retail space is great for a salon, coffee or sandwich shop, yoga or Pilates studio, or a day/medical spa,” Stanisz said. “We are spending a lot of time determining retail uses not currently serving the Lowry area. The second floor is marketed towards a variety of professional office uses, including medical.”

The PURE Nail Spa lease is the first of several leases in the pipeline. Lease rates start at $25.00/sf NNN for first floor retail and $21.50/sf NNN for second floor office space. More information is available at www.crimsoncolorado.com or call 720-284-3600.
