The Lowry Redevelopment Authority believes strongly in encouraging diversity in its contracting program. Most construction projects will have goals relating to the percentage of work the LRA would like to have done by Minority Owned Enterprises and Woman Owned Enterprises. For projects where a goal is stated, contractors must document their good faith efforts to meet such goal. Failure to meet such goal or to provide such documentation may result in rejection of a bid or RFP response as being nonresponsive.
