Generations at Lowry is a complete continuum of care retirement
community on a 10-acre campus adjoining 40 acres of parks
and recreational areas. Leisure Park offers all levels of
care, including independent living, home care, assisted living
and skilled nursing care with flexible choices.
Affordable
Apartments
Rental
have been available at Lowry since 1996. In any given
year since 1996, at least 22 percent of those rentals have been
affordable, according to HUD standards (families earning 60%
or below of area median income). Currently, more than 500 affordable
rental apartments are located throughout the Lowry neighborhood
and may be mixed with market-rate units.
At build out, nearly 29% of Lowry's apartments will be affordable,
according to HUD standards. Affordable apartments are intended
to serve income-qualifying individuals and families.
