Getting Around the lowry community

Lowry is a rather unique mixed use development.  Unlike your typical suburban master planned community, Lowry is set in the heart of the Denver metropolitan area, surrounded by the texture of this storied western city.  As a former Air Force base, the Lowry community was carefully crafted to maintain its heritage while blending with the historic base's buildings, streets and parks, many of which still exist in their original location today.

Since very little of Lowry's layout was changed during redevelopment, getting around this successful urban community is easy. Nevertheless, if you need a little help, be sure to access the maps in this section.  Don't forget to click on each map to enlarge them if you need to, or if you want to take it with you, print the associated map's PDF.

Lowry is 1,866 acres, about 3 square miles in east Denver.

Eighty-nine percent of Lowry is within the City of Denver; 11% in the City of Aurora.
