Lowry homeowners must submit a design review request for any exterior change to their home or property. Examples include a new roof, exterior paint, patios, playsets, fencing and landscaping. The design review request form is submitted to the Lowry Design Review Committee (LDRC) who determine if the proposed change(s) are in accordance with Lowry's Design Guidelines. The Lowry Design Review Committee meets the second Thursday of every month at 7:30A in the first floor conference room of Hangar 2. LDRC meetings are open to the public. The LDRC will meet on the following dates in 2011: Jan 13th, Feb 10th, Mar 10th, Apr 14th, May 12th, Jun 9th, Jul 14th, Aug 11th, Sept 8th, Oct 13th, Nov 10th and Dec 8th.
