The role of the Housing Task Force is to:

• Evaluate existing housing in the area at and around Lowry
• Identify housing needs and recommend mix of housing
• Evaluate and screen homeless provider applications

Housing Task Force Guiding Principles:

• Consider a broad range of housing product type to attract and retain a vibrant and diverse community
• Demand affordability across different spectrums of population and income levels.
• Ensure high quality residential development that will complement existing portions of Lowry and the surrounding neighborhoods.
• Integrate housing into a dynamic, mixed-use development.
