Lowry Community Master Association
The Lowry Community Master Association, or LCMA, is an association of property owners in Lowry. The Association is similar to hundreds of homeowner's associations through Colorado, except that the LCMA is much larger than the average association. Also, unlike most HOAs, the LCMA includes schools and commercial properties, not just homes.
The LCMA owns 161 parcels of land throughout Lowry, including ten different parks, comprising a total of 22 acres of land. On that land, the LCMA maintains a large investment in landscaping, including over 1,200 trees, $1.5 million in irrigation equipment, and over $300,000 in playground and park equipment. The LCMA exists in part to ensure that these common elements are maintained and preserved for current and future owners in Lowry.
Also, the LCMA maintains and enforces the rules that all Lowry property owners are bound by. These rules include design guidelines for properties in the community.

LCMA Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
The LCMA Board of Directors meet in the Eisenhower Chapel at 293 Roslyn St., Denver, CO 80230 in the Lowry Town Center 6-8P. Board meetings are open to the public. The Board will meet on the following dates in 2012: Jan 26th, March 22nd, April 26th, June 28th, August 23rd, September 27th, October 25th and November 5th. The 2011 Annual Meeting will be held on Dec 6th. Meetings are usually on Thursday evenings at 6P with the exception of November's meeting (on a Monday) because of the Thanksgiving holiday.
