Lowry Foundation

The Lowry Foundation is a 501C(3) organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of public spaces within the Lowry community for the enjoyment of all Denver citizens. The Foundation Board of Directors is made up of Lowry residents and owners, city officials and other community leaders.

One of Lowry's treasures is the Reading Garden, a collection of "reading rooms" positioned throughout green space, for people to gather in relative privacy. Surrounding the spaces are inscriptions of classic book titles, permanent art sculptures, a small shelter, benches, planters, native trees, shrubs and ground covering. The Lowry Foundation was a partner in the development of the Reading Garden.
